Support for running RIOT in native.

CPU: Host CPU
RAM: Host RAM
Flash: Host file system
Network: Tap Interface
UART: Runtime configurable - /dev/tty* are supported
Timers: Host timer
LEDs: One red and one green LED - state changes are printed to the UART
